About Stayc

Born in Manchester, England. Stayc's interest in photography was sparked at a young age. With a history of artists and professional film photographers in the family, she was inspired by her family albums and film; and how a moment can be frozen in time and emotive.

After excelling in art and design, she studied Fashion Design and Graphic Design. Her first career was working as a graphic designer in advertising agencies. Later working at 'News of The World' London, as a Picture Editor for their magazine. She started shooting high profile celebrities which sparked her to pursue photography.

Influenced by fashion and conceptual photography. Growing up with the rise of social media and digital techniques enabled Stayc to see the bigger picture of an international industry. After graduating Uni in Graphic Design, she made the move to Brisbane Australia where she naturally felt the transition to Editorial photography for magazines. Months later she embarked on assignments internationally.

Stayc enjoys creating simple, timeless and emotive imagery. She is inspired by feminine strength, unique beauty and classic style.

She currently based at the Gold Coast, and Brisbane, Australia and regularly travels for assignments, working between UK, USA and Australia.
